Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement explains the automatic renewal service available after you activate a Yisla membership. The purpose of automatic renewal is to help keep membership access active when a subscription period is about to expire.
By choosing an auto-renewing membership, you authorize the applicable payment channel, including Apple through your Apple ID where relevant, to charge the account you have selected or bound for the next billing cycle when renewal is due.
Billing Cycle
Yisla may offer weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or other membership periods shown in the app or App Store purchase flow. After purchase, the subscription renews according to the selected billing cycle unless you cancel it before renewal.
Automatic Debit Rules
- If you activate automatic renewal, you agree that the payment channel may process the renewal charge according to its rules when the current membership period is close to expiration.
- Unless you actively cancel automatic renewal, the authorization remains valid for future renewal periods.
- If your payment method has insufficient funds or another payment issue occurs, the payment channel may attempt to process the charge according to its own renewal and retry rules.
- Once a renewal charge succeeds, Yisla membership access for the corresponding billing cycle will be activated or extended.
- The actual amount charged is based on the price shown when you subscribe, renew, or re-enable automatic renewal, subject to applicable App Store rules and any clearly presented promotional terms.
Cancellation Method
On Apple devices, open the App Store, tap your Apple account avatar, go to Account or Subscriptions, choose Yisla, and cancel the subscription according to Apple's instructions.
If your Apple ID uses another supported payment method, cancellation and renewal status are still managed through Apple's subscription system and the relevant payment channel rules.
There may be a delay before cancellation status is reflected in the app. Charges already completed before cancellation takes effect are handled according to Apple and App Store refund policies.
